Brian co-founded Trinity Commercial Cleaning with a clear vision — bring accountability, discipline, and a higher standard of clean to commercial facilities across the Lake Norman area. A veteran who understands what it means to be responsible for something that matters, Brian built Trinity around the belief that clean is not something you assume. It is something you verify, document, and prove on every single visit.

Brian's leadership philosophy is rooted in science-based cleaning, merit-based culture, and building a company that runs the same way whether he is watching or not. His focus is on taking Trinity statewide — building a hiring funnel, a client program, and an operations system that can be replicated in any market.
Mary Grace

Mary Grace oversees the operational and financial health of Trinity — ensuring every account is properly staffed, every system runs correctly, and every client relationship is protected. Her attention to detail and commitment to process is what keeps Trinity's standards consistent across every facility the company serves.
