Regional leadership
Meet the
Regional Managers.
Trinity's regional managers are the eyes and ears on the ground. They oversee field teams, conduct quality inspections, manage client relationships, and make sure every account in their territory runs at the Trinity standard — every single visit.
Regional Leadership
The People Who Run the Field
Trinity does not manage facilities from a desk. Our regional managers are on site, in the field, and accountable for every account in their territory — personally.
Robert Helma
Director of Operations · Regional Manager
Robert oversees Trinity's field operations from the ground up. Before a single crew member steps into a new client facility Robert has already done his own walkthrough — assessing the space, documenting the scope, and making sure the team is prepared before the first clean ever takes place. His pre-clean operations process is one of the reasons Trinity clients rarely have to call with issues after month one.

Robert is the bridge between what gets promised to a client and what actually happens on the floor. He manages scheduling, staffing coverage, supply coordination, and quality control across his territory — and he is the direct line for any field issue that needs to be resolved fast. When something comes up Robert handles it. That is the job and he takes it seriously.
Lauren Gibson-Smith
Regional Manager · South Territory
Lauren came to Trinity with a clear goal and the drive to match it — and she has proven to be one of the most versatile members of the team. She manages her regional territory while also contributing to Trinity's operations and marketing efforts, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to the client experience. Her accounts reflect her standards — which are high.

Lauren is the kind of team member who figures things out. When something needs to happen in the field she does not wait for someone to tell her how — she handles it. That initiative combined with her communication skills and her understanding of what clients actually care about makes her an invaluable part of how Trinity operates and grows.

Teshana Tabor
Regional Manager · North Territory
Teshana brings a level of care and attention to detail to her accounts that clients notice immediately. She oversees field teams across her territory — conducting inspections, managing team members, and making sure every facility she is responsible for reflects the Trinity standard on every visit. Her clients do not have to wonder if it was done right. They know.

Teshana understands what it takes to build trust with a client — it is not one great clean. It is showing up the same way every single time. She is the reason her accounts stay and the reason her team shows up ready. Her approach to leadership is grounded in the same thing Trinity was built on — accountability, consistency, and doing the work with pride.

Built on the Values That
Military Service Teaches
Trinity is a proud veteran-owned commercial cleaning company. That means more than a badge on the website. It means the culture, the standards, and the expectations we set for our team are shaped by the discipline, accountability, and integrity that military service demands. When you hire Trinity you hire a company that takes the job seriously — because we know what it means to be responsible for something that matters.
